How many sessions will I need?

I recommend 6 sessions for a start. Then, we will agree whether to continue or end therapy depending on your healing.

What options are available for sessions?

Sessions are 50 minutes in length. walk and talk or home visit can be arranged with a slight adjustment on payments. Sessional meetings are usually weekly.

How do I make payment to you?

Payment can be made via bank transfer at booking (block booking discounted) and at least 72 hours before the session.

Do you offer discounts to students or people on benefits?

Yes, only a limited number of discounted spaces to students and people on benefits.  Please get in touch to discuss further. Proof required.

What happens in the first session?

We will discuss the terms of our sessions, ensuring that we can work together ethically and safely.  The first session gives an opportunity for you to help me understand why you have chosen to attend therapy.

We can then set up a 15-20 minute phone call so you can learn more about me and how I work. During this time, I'll also carry out a short assessment to ensure I am the right therapist for you.
